Archery afternoon

Bulls Eye! The cubs enjoyed a great archery event at Cromer High this week. Everyone had a chance to take aim and have a go.

Thanks to the Warringah Archers for a great night, and for being flexible with dates from the previous weeks storms.

Foreshore Cleanup

Environment Month – Foreshore Cleanup 40 Baskets Beach Manly
A great day was had by the Cubs helping clean up the foreshore around North Harbour. This follows on from the marine conservation talk by the EcoDivers and Two-Hands groups the week before. Here is a pic of some of keen Cubs and what the managed to salvage in just a couple of hours.

Cub Flying Day

The Cubs had a great day at the Scout Flying Centre!

Learning about flying planes.
Flying in a Scout Plane – Yes we have our own!
Build model planes and flying them.

And they received the very rare Flying Badge as well.
